General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website paperandsilk.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Provider

Chystikov Paper and Silk — Sviatoslav Chystikov, Sole Proprietorship, Rue du Signal 5, 1880 Bex, Switzerland. UID: CHE-351.778.904 MWST.

3. Contract Formation

The display of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding purchase offer. The contract is formed upon sending our confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in CHF and include processing. Payment is made by credit card, TWINT, or bank transfer. For bank transfers, the amount must be transferred within 5 business days.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer — within Switzerland and abroad (over 60 countries). Standard shipping: approx. 14–20 days from payment to delivery. Express shipping: approx. 10 days, available within Switzerland only; abroad, only standard shipping is offered. Timing depends on the order and will be communicated after purchase. Delivery times are non-binding.

6. Print Data

The customer is responsible for providing print-ready files. We accept no liability for errors in customer-supplied data (spelling, resolution, colors).

7. Right of Withdrawal

As all products are custom-made to customer specifications, no right of withdrawal applies pursuant to Art. 16 para. 2 lit. c CO (Swiss distance selling law). Exceptions apply only for defective goods.

8. Defects and Complaints

Obvious defects must be reported in writing to info@paperandsilk.ch within 7 days of receipt. Justified complaints will be resolved through repair, redelivery, or refund.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods of the respective order. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The customer warrants that they hold the rights to uploaded content. Chystikov Paper and Silk accepts no liability for copyright infringement by the customer.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bex, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The current version of these GTC shall apply.
